🏀 2024-25 Rutgers Men’s Basketball Season! 🏀

Excitement is in the air as we gear up for a sold-out season of Rutgers Men's Basketball at Jersey Mike's Arena! Here’s everything you need to know for a smooth and enjoyable game day experience:

Arena Entry To ensure quick entry, gates open 90 minutes prior to tip-off. Fans can enter through Gate A or Gate B, with Gate B dedicated to student access.

Parking Parking lots open two hours before tip-off. The Green Lot is reserved for fans with a pre-purchased parking pass, while the Yellow Lot is available on game day for $30. Follow the directions from RUPD and parking attendants for an efficient parking experience. Parking lot map here.

Ticket Information The arena ticket window opens two hours before the game. General Will Call is at the box office, where fans can leave tickets for others. Ticket recipients must present ID when picking up tickets. For ticket questions, contact Rutgers Athletics Ticket Office: 866-445-GORU or tickets@scarletknights.com.

Bag Policy Only approved clear bags are permitted, and bags may be screened by public safety personnel. Approved bag dimensions are listed here. Medically necessary items will be allowed after inspection.

Weapons Detection System For everyone’s safety, a new Weapons Detection System has been installed at all gates. You won’t need to empty your pockets before entry, but additional screening will be done if needed.

Closed Captions Closed captions are now available through the Scarlet Knights App. Access this feature on your device for an enhanced experience.

Student Buses Starting three hours before tip-off, student buses will run directly from the College Ave Gym to Jersey Mike's Arena, continuing until the game begins.
