The dining hall is not operational at College Ave, so students can go to the Atrium. But at the Atrium, students cannot go back for anything more. If you want something more, you need to swipe again. That's not right. While the dining hall is being refurbished, the Atrium should operate like a dining hall. That would be appropriate incentive to get the dining hall back in operation asap.
